    摘要:

    极端气温对配电网安全运行构成了严峻挑战,为有效辨识恶劣气象条件下配电网的薄弱环节,提升供电可靠性,提出了一种极端气温下的配电网综合脆弱性辨识方法。首先,分析并计算配电网的结构脆弱性指标和运行状态脆弱性指标,并进行归一化处理;然后,分别采用层次分析法和熵权法,从主、客观角度对指标进行赋权,综合反映各指标在脆弱性辨识中的作用,进而计算节点及线路的综合脆弱度;最后,利用改进的 K-means 聚类分析算法对配电网的节点和线路进行脆弱等级划分。基于IEEE 33节点系统的仿真结果表明,该方法及所构建的指标可以准确识别节点和线路的综合脆弱程度并完成相应的等级划分。

    Abstract:

    To address the severe challenges posed by extreme temperature conditions to the secure operation of distribution networks, a comprehensive vulnerability identification method for distribution networks under extreme temperature conditions is proposed to effectively identify vulnerable points and enhance power supply reliability. Firstly, the structural vulnerability indices and operating-state vulnerability indices of distribution networks are analyzed and calculated, and then normalized. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the entropy weight method are employed to assign weights to the indices from subjective and objective perspectives, respectively, so as to reflect the relative contributions of different indices in vulnerability identification and further calculate the comprehensive vulnerability of nodes and lines. Finally, an improved K-means clustering algorithm is used to classify the vulnerability levels of network nodes and lines. Simulation results on IEEE 33-bus system demonstrate that the proposed method and the constructed indices can accurately identify the comprehensive vulnerability of nodes and lines and realize the corresponding level classification.
