    摘要:

    在配电网中,10 kV补偿电容器组断路器因用量大且频繁动作导致故障率居高不下,严重制约电容器组投切成功率,其中非全相分闸问题尤为突出。然而,现有技术对非全相分闸故障的自动化监测手段仍存在显著不足。针对这一挑战,提出了一种融合配电网自动化需求的断路器非全相分闸智能监测方案。该方案基于小波变换技术对母线电流信号进行多尺度分解,通过对小波系数的特征提取及能量分布均方差计算构建判断向量,实现断路器正常完全分闸与非全相分闸状态下母线电流变化的精准辨识。该方案还具备故障相位的快速定位能力,为解决现有监测技术盲区提供了创新性突破。

    Abstract:

    In distribution network, circuit breakers in 10 kV compensation capacitor bank have a high failure rate due to their extensive deployment and frequent operation, so it seriously restricts the success rate of capacitor bank switching, in which the problem of open-phase opening is particularly prominent. However, there are still significant deficiencies in automation-based monitoring of open-phase opening faults in existing technologies. Aiming at this challenge, an intelligent monitoring scheme for open-phase opening faults of circuit breakers that integrates the requirements of distribution network automation is proposed. Based on the multi-scale decomposition of bus current signals by wavelet transform technology, the scheme constructs discriminant vectors by feature extraction of wavelet coefficients and mean square deviation calculation of energy distribution, which realizes the accurate identification of bus current changes in normal and open-phase opening state of circuit breaker. It also has the ability to quickly locate the faulted phase, which provides an innovative breakthrough in solving the blind spots of existing monitoring technologies.
