    摘要:

    以四川电网为例,电网滑坡隐患具有点多面广、隐蔽性强等特点,传统的人工排查显得势单力薄,无法满足山区电网大范围滑坡隐患识别、滑坡变形分析的要求和精度。文中提出以卫星遥感、无人机遥感和地面调查为载体,发挥多域技术手段优势,包括卫星遥感覆盖范围广、重复观测能力强,空基遥感机动能力强、分辨率高等优势,实现“普查”“详查”和“调查”多维度手段解决“如何从源头上识别电网滑坡隐患”的难点。以某500 kV架空输电线路昭觉区域为研究对象,成功开展了基于“三查”技术体系的架空输电线路滑坡隐患早期识别。

    Abstract:

    Taking Sichuan power grid for example, the potential landslides in power grid covers a wide range and is hard to be detected. The traditional manual investigation is weak, which cannot meet the requirements and accuracy of potential landslide detection and landslide deformation analysis in a wide mountainous area. Satellite remote sensing, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) remote sensing and ground survey technology are proposed to be carriers, and it will bring into full play the advantages of multiple-domain technology, including the wide coverage and strong repetitive observation ability of satellite remote sensing, and strong maneuverability and high resolution of UAV remote sensing, so as to realize the multidimensional means such as "general investigation", "detailed assessments" and "investigation", which solves the difficulties of detecting potential landslide from the source. Taking a certain 500 kV overhead transmission as research object, the early detection of potential landslide is successfully carried out based on an integrated space-air-ground investigation system.
