    摘要:

    为实现“双碳”目标及整县光伏战略规划,针对平抑配电网负荷以及分布式新能源出力波动性的分布式储能选址定容问题,文中考虑系统收益与成本,在对电力系统约束条件进行相角松弛及二阶锥松弛的基础上结合电池储能的运行特性,提出了一种基于支路潮流模型约束的分布式储能优化配置模型;在满足约束条件的基础上求解储能配置方案及日前调度策略。算例通过与启发式算法——粒子群算法进行对比,验证了所提算法的有效性及收敛性。

    Abstract:

    In order to achieve carbon peak and neutrality goals as well as the implement planning of "whole county photovoltaic (PV) "strategy, aiming at the allocation problem of distributed energy storage that stabilizes the volatility of distributed load and new energy output, and on basis of phase angle and secondorder cone relaxation of power system constraints combined with the operating characteristics of battery energy storage,an optimization model for the configuration and dayahead scheduling strategy of distributed energy storage is proposed based on the branch flow model constraints and considering the system benefits and costs. The calculation results verify the effectiveness and convergence of the proposed algorithm by comparing with the heuristic algorithmparticle swarm algorithm.
