Abstract:In order to solve the problem of lower voltage in rural areas and other remote areas, a variety of intelligent voltage regulators have been developed in cooperation with the national rural power grid reconstruction project. In the process of development, the traditional contact parts used in a certain type of voltage regulating switch have some problems, such as poor contact and arcing, which seriously affects the performance of voltage regulator. On the basis of product optimization analysis, a closed self-tightening contact device is designed. Through the full and reliable contact between moving contact and static contact, the stability of voltage regulating switch is ensured and the flow capacity is increased. The installation test shows that the device has a reliable performance and stable operation with compact structure and low manufacturing cost.
