    摘要:

    随着负荷和线路不断增加,城市配电网面临诸多生产压力和设备问题,电网企业常通过实施城市配电自动化系统来解决上述问题,但由于其建设项目运行指标复杂,所以一般的评价方法难以准确给出评判结果。针对这一问题,提出了基于熵权理论的模糊层次项目综合评价模型。通过在具体电网中应用该评价模型,验证了其可行性和有效性,能够为实际配电网项目建设提供有效的评价方法和决策参考。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous increase of loads and lines, urban distribution networks are facing many production pressures and equipment problems. Power grid companies often implement urban distribution automation systems to solve these problems. However, due to the complex operation indicators of their construction projects, it is difficult to give the judgment result accurately by general evaluation methods. Aiming at this problem, a fuzzy hierarchical project comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight theory is proposed. Through the application of the evaluation model in specific power grids, its feasibility and effectiveness have been verified, and it can provide effective evaluation methods and decision-making references for actual distribution network project construction.
