Abstract:

The heat supply pipe of a certain cogeneration enterprise has a high pressure loss. The theoretical analysis shows that the pressure loss of the heating pipeline is influenced by various factors such as the insulation of the pipeline, the flow of steam, the measurement error, and the regulating valve. The statistical data of the pressure loss of the heating pipeline in the enterprise shows that the pressure loss is related to the steam flow and the position of the heat user. The paper lists the corresponding measures to solve the existing problems based on the actual situation.
