考虑网源协调发展的四川电网多适应性规划体系研究

摘要:

建设具有中国特色国际领先的能源互联网企业是国家电网有限公司新的长远发展战略目标。传统经验型的电力系统规划一般将电源与电网规划分割考虑,难以适应能源转型形势下电力行业各主体协同发展。为全面推进电网高质量发展,着力提升电网规划适应性,从经济发展适应性、能源结构适应性、电网结构适应性、网络安全适应性等方面出发,围绕电网多适应性规划原理、多适应性规划指标体系、网源协同多适应性规划方法等关键问题展开深入研究,提出相应的技术模型与解决思路,为提升电网规划效率、促进电源与电网协同发展、更好地服务于社会经济发展提供方案。

Abstract:

Building an internationally leading energy Internet enterprise with Chinese characteristics is the new long-term development strategic goal of State Grid Corporation of China. Traditional empirical power system planning generally considers power supply and grid planning separately, which makes it difficult to adapt to the coordinated development of the power industry under the situation of energy transformation. To comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the power grid and focus on improving the adaptability of power grid planning, we start from aspects such as economic development adaptability, energy structure adaptability, power grid structure adaptability, and network security adaptability, and conduct in-depth research on key issues such as multi-adaptive planning principles, multi-adaptive planning index systems, and grid-power-coordinated multi-adaptive planning methods, proposing corresponding technical models and solutions, which can provide a plan for improving the efficiency of grid planning, promoting the coordinated development of power sources and grids, and better serving socio-economic development.
