摘要:

总结了110 k V超期运行变电站保护改造过程中有限停电条件下保护改造作业时安全措施、改造方法、调试手段和注意事项,并进一步比较了几种改造方案的时间成本和人力成本,推导出最优改造方案,为国内的110 k V变电站整站保护改造提供参考。

Abstract:

The security measures, reformation method and commissioning method are summarized as well as the matters needing attention in 110 kV substation with extra service during the protection reformation in a few power rationing condition. The time cost and labor cost of several protection reformation plans are compared, and the optimal plan is deduced, which provides a reference for protection reformation in 110 kV substation in China.
