    摘要:

    为了克服现有 GIS 设备局部放电测试仪的不足,提出在不改变原有超声波测试仪结构的基础上,增加可拆卸 的伸缩绝缘杆、超声波传感器固定组件、传感器与绝缘杆连接部分组件、无线传输信号组件以及伸缩绝缘杆固定底座 的设计理念。经过组装之后应用到某变电站,现场检测数据表明,该装置与传统装置比较,现场测试数据偏差不大,同 时节省了时间,提高了工作效率,避免了人员登高作业风险。

    Abstract:

    In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing partial discharge tester for GIS equipment,the design concept of adding detachable extendible insulating pole,fixed component of ultrasonic sensor,connecting component of sensor and insulating pole,wireless transmission signal component and fixed base of extendible insulating pole is presented without changing the structure of the original ultrasonic tester. After assembly,the device is applied to a substation. The field test data show that compared with the traditional device,the deviation of field test data is small,which saves the time,improves the work efficiency and avoids the climbing operation for the staff.
