    摘要:

    随着电力设备制造水平的快速提升,以六氟化硫(SF6)气体作为绝缘介质的高压电器具有绝缘和灭弧性能强、缩减设备占地面积等优点,在变电站中大量使用。然而,由于设备制造、环境等因素造成SF6气体泄漏,将直接影响高压电器的安全运行。SF6气体泄漏成像仪的检出灵敏度高且又不用直接接触高压设备,是用于现场定位泄漏点的理想仪器。在探讨了SF6气体红外成像技术的基础上,重点研究了SF6气体泄漏成像与泄漏速率、检测距离和检测背景的关系,并对运行变电站的GIS设备开展了SF6气体泄漏现场检测,为技术人员现场检漏工作提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid improvement of power equipment manufacturing level,sulfur hexafluoride ( SF6 ) as insulating medium for high - voltage electrical appliances is widely used in substation,which has the advantages of strong insulation and arc performance,reducing the occupied area of the equipment etc. However,leakage of SF6 gas resulting from equipment manufacturing,environment and other factors will directly affect the safe operation of high - voltage electrical appliances. SF6 gas leakage imager has high sensitivity of detection and can be used without contacting high voltage equipment directly,it is also the ideal instrument which can be used for locating the leakage points. The SF6 gas infrared imaging technology is discussed, which focuses on the relationship between SF6 gas leakage imaging and leak rate,detection distance as well as the background. Meanwhile,the field detection of SF6 gas leakage is carried out for GIS equipment in substation,which provides a reference for technical personnel.
