电网企业综合能源服务转型策略研究

摘要:

在能源互联网时代，向综合能源服务提供商转型已经成为以电网企业为代表的传统能源企业的必然选择。 归纳综合能源服务基本内涵，比较和总结国内外当前综合能源服务的实践经验，指出当前国内综合能源服务在业务 设计与商业化运营方面的现状与不足。随后，从战略定位、业务定位与构建、市场定位与营销、信息化支撑、策略保障 5 个方面提出了电网企业发展综合能源服务的应对建议。

Abstract:

In the era of energy interconnection，the transition to integrated energy service providers has become an inevitable choice for traditional energy enterprises represented by power grid enterprises． On the basis of summarizing the basic connotation of integrated energy services，the current practical experiences of integrated energy services at home and abroad are compared and summarized，and the current situation and shortcomings of integrated energy services in business design and commercial operation in China are also pointed out． Then，the suggestions are proposed for power grid enterprises to develop integrated energy services from five aspects: strategic positioning，business positioning and construction，market positioning and marketing，information support and safeguard measures．
