    摘要:

    :针对硬质管母线过热导致输电线路运行故障的问题,利用试验和仿真相结合,通过改变硬质管母线外接头螺 栓力矩大小以及通过管母线电流的大小,发现影响硬质管母线发热的主要因素是接触压力和通流的大小。根据对影 响因素的分析,提出减小接触面粗糙度以及增大材料热通量的措施,以改善硬质管母线发热状况,最后通过仿真模型 验证了措施的有效性。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the failures of transmission line caused by overheating of hard tube bus,a large current test is designed. The main factors which affect the overheating of hard tube bus are the contact pressure and the passing current through changing the moment of the bolt torque and the size of the tube current. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors,the measures to reduce the roughness of the contact surface and increase the heat flux of the material are put forward to improve the heating condition of hard tube bus. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed measures is verified by an effective simulation model.
