    摘要:

    随着新能源物流车广泛地用于城市物流配送领域,提出了一种针对电动汽车充电站选址的评价模型。首先 综合考虑经济、社会、技术等因素,构建了不同类别的充电站设施选址的评价指标体系。其次,通过定性与定量相结合 的分析,建立了基于组合赋权法的设施选址评价模型。在此基础上,通过某物流企业的备选充电站址的相关数据进 行了算例验证,并对各备选方案进行了对比分析。结果证明了所提方法的有效性,为物流企业科学、合理地进行充电 站选址提供了决策支撑。

    Abstract:

    s the new energy logistics vehicles are widely used in the urban logistics and distribution field,an evaluation model for location selection of electric vehicle charging stations is proposed. First of all,considering economics,society and other factors,the evaluation index system for location selection of different types of charging station facilities is constructed. Secondly,through the combined qualitative and quantitative analysis,an evaluation model for location selection of facilities based on combination weighting method is established. On this basis,an example is verified by the relevant data of an alternative charging station of a logistics enterprise,and comparative analysis of each alternative is carried out. The results prove the effectiveness of the proposed method,which provides a decision support for the scientific and reasonable location of charging station.
