智能电网调度控制系统变电站集中监控功能的几项实用化改进

Several Improvements on Centralized Monitoring and Control Functions for Substation in Dispatching and Control System of Smart Grid

简要分析了变电站集中监控功能对智能电网调度控制系统的要求和传统主要面向调度员设计的调控系统存 在的不足，提出了为更好地满足正常监控、事故和异常处理以及专业管理的需求而进行的几项改进。各项改进在大 型调控中心应用后显著提升了变电站集中监控业务的效率。

Abstract:

Firstly，the requirements of centralized monitoring and control functions in substation are briefly analyzed as well as the deficiency of the existing implementations which are mainly designed for dispatchers． Then，several improvements are proposed for a better support of the monitoring and control under normal situations and the alarming under outages or abnormal situations． These improvements have been deployed in large － scale dispatching and control centers，which improves the efficiency of centralized monitoring and control in substation．
