    摘要:

    换流阀外冷却系统的冷却方式主要有水冷却和空气冷却两种。依托 ± 800 kV 新松换流站工程设计,对水冷 却、空气冷却两种外冷却方式进行了技术经济分析、比较。结果表明,空气冷却方式无需水源、亦无排污,是一种节水、 环保的冷却方式,并且运行维护相对简单; 结合站用水源条件,空气冷却方式的使用期内等额年费用亦较低。推荐新 松换流站阀外冷却系统采用空气冷却方式。

    Abstract:

    Water cooling and air cooling are two major methods for outside cooling system of converter valve. Based on the project design of ± 800 kV Xinsong converter station,the technical and economic analysis and comparison between water cooling and air cooling are carried out. The results shows that,air cooling method is a water - saving and environmentally friendly method without water and pollution,and its operation and maintenance are relatively simple. Moreover,combined with the condition of station water supply,the equal annual cost in the period of using air cooling method is lower. So air cooling method is recommended for outside cooling system of converter valve in ± 800 kV Xinsong converter station.
