摘要:

通态不重复浪涌电流 ITSM是晶闸管的一个重要参数，能够反映该型号晶闸管承受故障电流的能力，为此设计 了一种能在低电压、低通态电流上升率条件下产生高浪涌电流的测试平台。通过调整平台的回路参数，得到了被测 晶闸管浪涌电流峰值和脉宽间的关系曲线，确定了其安全工作区间。

Abstract:

Non － repetitive peak on － state current ( ITSM ) is a key parameter of thyristor，which can indicate the short － circuit capacity． A test platform is designed to obtain high surge current under the condition of low voltage and di /dt． Plenty of tests are carried out to research the safe operation area of thyristor，and the relationship between pulse width and surge current amplitude of the tested thyristor is obtained．
