    摘要:

    为应对地区电网中常规备自投用于站间特殊接线方式的局限性,针对单母分段型变电站提出一种具有主从 式结构的网络备自投概念,即各站端 SBATS 和调度自动化端 MBATS。首先根据需求及恢复规则定义 SBATS 运行模 式并为各站量身定制运行模式划分表,母线失压后站端 SBATS 根据开关位置优先选择可独立完成的恢复策略或向 MBATS 求助,由 MBATS 计算后下发符合静态稳定约束的恢复策略,既避免冗余的信息交互,也可保证实效性以及多 站同时失压恢复的整体协调性。最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    In order to tackle the limitations of the conventional busbar automatic transfer switch applied in the regional power grid,the concept of a new network busbar automatic transfer switch system with master - slave structure is presented aiming at the substations with sectionalized single - bus configuration,which has SBATS deployed in the substation and MBATS deployed in the EMS. Firstly,the restoration rule and operation mode of SBATS are propesed. SBATS selects the most appropriate restoration control strategy or asks help from MBATS on the basis of operation mode,MBATS sends the confirmed restoration control strategy to SBATS,which can avoid information redundancy and guarantee the validity and coordination of the restoration process. Finally,the results of calculation examples show that the propesed method is effective.
