    摘要:

    配电网线损分析与降损措施的研究一直是配电系统的一个重要研究课题。针对现在城镇中低压配电网降损 措施难以选择的情况,研究了配电网降损规划的步骤,对线路电阻、变压器、功率因数和三相不平衡的影响程度进行 灰色关联度理论分析,建立了基于影响程度评估结果的降损规划决策数学模型。从降损成本、降损经济效益、改造方 案的可靠性、可实施性以及环境保护方面,对备选的方案进行比较选择,首次提出应用禁忌搜索算法对其进行寻优以 提高效率,并通过实例进行分析和仿真验证,其研究结果证明了所提出的方法具有良好的可操作性和经济性,对现在 的配电网改造具有重要的理论参考和实用意义。

    Abstract:

    Factors of line loss rate are varied,and under different circumstances,the degree of influence of each factor is different. Each type of loss reduction measures for distribution network contains a variety of alternative embodiments. Aiming at the difficult choice of measures in line loss reduction of distribution network,the steps of grid loss reduction planning are studied,the degree of influence of line resistance,transformer and power factor are analyzed with grey correlation method,and the mathematical model is established based on valuation results. In terms of loss reduction costs,economic benefits,reliability, enforceability and environmental protection,the alternative measures are compared,and it is proposed for the first time to apply Tabu search to big - scale alternative methods for high solution efficiency. The proposed method has a good economy and operability,and it has a certain reference value for the enhancement of the current distribution network.
