Abstract:Aiming at the requirement of scientific power generation scheduling management under multi - dispatching modes in the new development of electricity market,a uniform optimization model for monthly trading scheduling is proposed. By setting different objective function,the present model can satisfy different dispatching modes. The Tabu - PSO is adopted to solute the uniform optimization problem,which uses the local search ability of Tabu search to improve the premature convergence problem of basic PSO. A project is developed to realize the algorithm and evaluate the implementation of monthly trading scheduling. The numerical examples show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
